1、Description:
     This machine is developed on the basis of operational experience of sewage treating device at home and broad with advanced biological treating method, while combining our own research and practice. It can removeBOD5、COD、NH3-N with stable performance and effective treating capacity, characteristics of auto-run and non-floor occupation saves cost and enjoys easy maintenance. Grass and flowers can be planted on the surface so the environment won’t be affected.
     It is suitable for recovery and reuse of water from hotels, restaurants, sanitariums, hospitals, home communities, villages and towns, stations, airports, harbors, factories, mines, troops, scenic spots, industrial organic sewage similar to municipal sewage etc and from slaughtering industry, food industry after treated. Water outlet quality meets national discharge standard and reclaimed water reuse system can be designed together with underground sewage disposal system according to client’s actual needs.
 
2、Characteristic:
    1)、It is underground type, no shelter is needed and the earth surface can be covered with plants.  
    2)、Effect of plug flow secondary biological contact oxidation treating method is better than mixed or series connected type. It boasts smaller occupation compared with active sludge tank, strong acclimatization of water, good impact resistance load capacity, stable water quality and non-expansion of sludge.  New vertical pack with big surface area tends to biofilm formation and detachment of microorganism, thus under same organic load, it enjoys greater removal of organics and water solubility of oxygen.  
    3)、With biological contact oxidation method, biochemical pool takes less pack and self oxidization of microorganism induces less sludge, which can be discharged every three months (90 days) (sucked by garbage truck or moved in mud after dewatering ).   
 
    4)、Regular high altitude odor exhausting type with plant oil deodorization measurement.
    5)、Auto electric control and fault warning system ensures safe and reliable operation without special staff. Maintain occasionally.

6、Installation, usage and maintenance:
    1). Base: if WSZ series is placed on floor, flat concrete base that can withstand pressure larger than 4 T/m2 as same shape as machine is needed.
    2). Installation: According to installation diagram, position, direction and distance of each part should be correct, pipes should be connected.
Fill water in machine to check whether there’s any leakage. Cover machine part with earth to the position of checking pole if no leakage is found, then flat the floor. Connect control box with pump and pay attention that rotation direction of fan and motor should be the same as the direction of fan.
 
7、Structure:
     All pipes of the machine are PVC pipes or SS pipes connected by PVC adhesive or welded together respectively.
Suspended biological pack features large vol., easy biofilm formation, non-heading and unblocked.
