三、Safety Index:
    1. Cooling detector for combustion chamber works before incinerator stopped operation. Incinerator will stop only after temperature drops to fixed level.
    2.There is protective device between control cabinet and equipment for avoiding electric leakage. Insulation resistance of relay is not less than 24 MΩ when relative humidity reaches 85% and there’s also earth wire transmission leaked electricity. Connected wires are protected by metal tube.
    3.Technical department will test the machine before it leaves the factory to ensure there’s no leakage.
   Incinerator body, premier combustion chamber, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, chimney, pipe systems, high pressure blower, induced draft fan, premier combustion device, secondary combustion device, electric control box, temperature display device and detector etc.
Process flow and concise explanation:
    Waste was thrown into premier combustion chamber manually and fully oxidized, degrade, combusted there according to temperature, time and current. Gas from combustion enters into secondary combustion chamber where hazardous material further eliminated. Burner is allocated for fully decomposition so as to meet discharging requirement. Gas mixed with oxygen under high temperature and air ventilating vol. was adjusted by secondary air ventilating device according to oxygen content of gas at the outlet of secondary chamber. Over 99% powder and particles with big size can be removed by temperature control and dust collector, gas meets discharging standard can be emitted then. Ash will be transferred and buried manually.
